From Malta: Gozo Jeep Tour with Lunch and Transfers

This is the trip most first-time visitors to Gozo end up booking, and the reason is logistics rather than glamour. A driver collects you from your hotel in Malta, handles the crossing, drives the island loop and gets you home. You are a passenger for the whole day, which on an island where the bus network thins out sharply outside Victoria is worth more than it sounds.

On Gozo you transfer into an open jeep with an experienced driver who doubles as your commentator, and the day works its way around the island's set pieces: the Citadel above Victoria, Ta' Pinu, the salt pans at Xwejni, Dwejra and Ramla Bay. Additional explanation is offered at each stop in the language you booked, and the group is small enough that questions get answered rather than broadcast.

Lunch is included and comes with local wine and mineral water. Between roughly May and September the day also carries a swim stop at Comino, and the return leg is by boat past the Blue Lagoon, Crystal Lagoon and the sea caves instead of the car ferry. Both of those are weather-dependent and the operator says so plainly; treat them as a bonus you are likely to get rather than the reason you are booking.
